This idea emerged alongside the development of the cycle route in Damery. Isabelle’s garden borders the Marne River and the valley’s bike path. Many cyclists wanted to enjoy a glass of champagne while out riding through our beautiful countryside. Isabelle decided to open up her garden, transforming it into several distinct areas—such as a gazebo, pergola, covered terrace, conservatory, and Finnish kota—to welcome groups of all sizes for a glass of champagne. To further enrich their experience, visitors can take a cellar tour featuring short films that explain how a bottle of champagne is made.
