Who are we ?

Bruno Blaise, a winemaker for 30 years, followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather—representing the fifth generation of winemakers in the family. He is passionate about both the vineyard and the wine, personally handling the vinification and blending of his cuvées. He created the Louis François cuvée in 1996. Isabelle Blaise, an accountant for 20 years, joined the family venture to welcome guests into her garden—a champagne bar open all summer long—offering a relaxing spot to enjoy a glass of champagne. She conducts cellar tours to explain the work of an independent winemaker. She created the Charme cuvée in 2002. Antoine Blaise, their son, has completed his studies in viticulture. Passionate about wine, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with visitors. He has pioneered a new vinification method using an egg-shaped concrete tank and created the L'Ové cuvée in 2020.
